Vocus has successfully delivered the first phase of the Vehicle and Vessel as a Node (VaaN) program, providing a major state government agency with reliable, high-performance connectivity across its operational fleet.

Delivered in partnership with Airbridge Networks, the solution seamlessly integrates across vehicle and vessel platforms using a new slim-fit housing design. Each deployment is powered by Vocus Satellite – Starlink, and supported by multi-WAN Peplink architecture for network redundancy and centralized management.

The VaaN program enhances maritime and road safety, enables reliable communications in regional and remote areas, improves response times, and provides greater operational visibility for critical government operations.

This program demonstrates how connectivity enables essential government operations at scale. When agencies manage critical fleets across diverse environments, infrastructure that delivers consistent performance becomes non-negotiable.

Building on the success of the first phase, Vocus will continue to scale the VaaN program under a multiyear rollout, extending the solution to additional government agencies.
