Shenzhen, China---Oct 1st, 2026 — Kirisun, a global provider of mission-critical communications solutions, announced the launch of next generation KiONE Unified Dispatch System, a next-generation dispatch platform designed to bring diverse mission-critical communication networks together under one centralized command environment.

As public safety agencies, utilities, transportation operators and industrial organizations increasingly operate across multiple communications technologies, KiONE addresses the challenge of fragmented command by converging DMR, PTToC, PSTN and video resources through a single visualized dispatch workstation.

“Mission-critical organizations need more than connectivity — they need a unified operational view that enables people, networks and information to work together when it matters most,” said Terry Lin, Corporate Vice President at Kirisun. “With KiONE, we are bringing voice, data, telephony and location-based capabilities into one scalable dispatch environment, helping our customers simplify operations today while creating a foundation for future communications convergence.”

One Console. Multiple Networks. Unified Command

KiONE enables dispatchers to manage communications across DMR Tier II conventional, DMR Tier III Trunking, PTToC and converged systems without relying on separate dispatch environments.

From one console, operators can initiate private, group and broadcast calls across supported DMR radios, PTToC terminals and PSTN phones. The platform also supports SMS and multimedia communications, while its video dispatch capabilities bring live feeds from field terminals and surveillance cameras directly into the command center.

This convergence is designed to give dispatchers a more complete operational picture while reducing the complexity of managing multiple communications platforms.

Turning Location and Video into Operational Intelligence

KiONE integrates GIS-based visual command, providing real-time positioning, historical track replay and configurable geo-fencing with entry and exit alerts.

Dispatchers can connect voice conferences, live video and multimedia messaging through the same interface, supporting coordinated response when rapid access to multiple information sources is required.

The platform also provides centralized event history, recording operational activities with timestamps, including call recordings, multimedia messages, SOS alerts, geo-fence alarms and remote-control operations. Multi-level dispatch management enables roles and authorities to be aligned with organizational structures.

Five Deployment Scenarios, One Scalable Platform

KiONE's modular architecture and differentiated licensing allow organizations to deploy the platform according to their current network requirements and expand as those requirements evolve:

  • Mobile Radio Dispatch — Dispatch calling, messaging, GPS tracking and remote terminal control.

  • Standard IP Connected Repeater System — Unified dispatch across IP-connected DMR repeaters with recording, tracking and terminal management.

  • Advanced IP Connected Repeater System — Adds multi-level dispatch, geo-fencing and PSTN interoperability.

  • DMR Tier III Trunking — Dispatch capabilities for large-scale trunked DMR networks.

  • Convergence Communication System — Full integration of DMR, PTToC, PSTN and video, supporting up to 128 dispatch clients with redundant server deployment.

With KiONE, organizations can start with the deployment suited to their current communications infrastructure and progressively expand toward broader network convergence without replacing the core dispatch platform.

By bringing radio, broadband push-to-talk, telephony, video and location intelligence into one command environment, Kirisun's KiONE Unified Dispatch System is designed to help organizations move from fragmented communications toward unified, visualized mission-critical operations.
