Job Description




We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager in São Paulo-Brazil to join our small but growing Sales & Support team and take responsibility for planning and executing all local marketing and communications activity in the Latin American region, to help raise awareness of DAMM's brand and strengthen our position among partners. You will assist our Sales team and be an extension of the marketing team based in our headquarters in Denmark, being the marketing point of contact in-region, and taking direction from our Head of Marketing in Sønderborg. You will report to our Regional Sales Director based in São Paulo, working closely with the local team to assist with sales activity.


We have already entered the Latin American market, but are looking to expand within countries like Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Therefore, we need a set of local eyes, to help us make the most out of our efforts, in our attempt to expand our network of partners.


You will primarily be doing the following:

·    Grow the awareness of the DAMM-brand throughout LATAM.

·    Generate qualified leads and proactively find and connect with potential partners for B2B-sales.

·    Manage Social Medias in the LATAM region (Primarily LinkedIn).

·    Adjust and improve marketing materials and make sure that it has the local tone of voice.

·    Coordinate daily activities with the sales-team.

You may also:

·    Arrange Events (Fairs, partner-events, customer-events etc.).

·    Translate English/Danish material to Portuguese/Spanish.

·    Handle local production of marketing materials.

·    Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

·    Suggest relevant marketing activities based on insights.

·    Support sales goals with case studies, product training videos and pilot projects.

You should apply if you have:

·    Around 5 years of experience with a broad array of marketing disciplines in the tech market.

·    A deep understanding of the local market.

·    Experience in leading marketing/communication activities.

·    Experience with working in international teams.

·    A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.

·    A charismatic personality, who can talk to customers and build relationships.

You may be a top-candidate if you also:

·    Are native in Portuguese, fluent in English, and maybe also advanced in Spanish.

·    Can make DAMM look attractive on Social Media, and make people engage.

·    Live in São Paulo/Brazil or nearby cities.

·    Get motivated by working with top professionals in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility.
