Teltronic will once again participate in the Critical Communications World, the great meeting point for the sector that will be held this year from 14 to 16 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

In a year marked by the celebration of its 50th anniversary, the company will deploy at the event a functional network on TETRA, 4G and 5G technologies, a demo on which the capabilities and functionalities of Teltronic’s systems, such as video transmission, TETRA-MCX interoperability, or integration with Artificial Intelligence applications, can be tested in situ.

In addition, a CeCoCo operator station will be installed, the company’s control centre and call dispatching solution which, converted into a multimedia and multi-technology platform, allows geolocation services and the reception of video in real time from fixed cameras, bodycams and even drones.

In addition, several use cases of broadband technologies applied to different verticals will be presented, examples developed on projects already deployed by the company, which show the value of its private broadband network solutions for public safety, mining or transport environments, where Teltronic has been working for years with the FRMCS on the horizon.

Teltronic will also once again be part of the conference programme, with a talk by the company’s Product Marketing Manager, Marta Fontecha, about the muti-technology tactical solutions and the many innovative use cases they offer for public safety and emergency response environments.

Teltronic has a total of five nominations for the International Critical Communications Awards (ICCA), the most prestigious awards in the field of critical communications, which will be presented at the CCW.

The innovative RTP-800 on-board equipment will compete in the Best Hybrid Device category, the MCBS multi-carrier base station is nominated for TETRA Product or Solution of the Year, and the TETRA+4G/5G tactical unit is up for the award in the Emerging Technology, Products or Solutions (under development but not yet in use) category.

In addition, in the category of Best Use of Critical Communications in Public Safety, the private LTE and bodycams project for prisons in Ceara (Brazil) has been selected and finally, Teltronic’s CTO, Alfredo Calderón, is one of the finalists for the Phil Kidner Award for Outstanding Individual Contribution to Critical Communications.
