  • Search of a suitable and qualified person as successor in order to guarantee the company’s leadership and control during the transition period.
  • Coaching and introduction of the local manager to the new field of responsibility.

Carrying-out of complex projects

  • Lead of projects related to the expansion or diversification of the company’s activities, also in foreign countries.
  • Company integrations,  e.g. after a merger, where different organisations and cultures have to be amalgamated to a new entity.
  • Realization of an enduring change of the company’s culture within the framework of Change Management.

Temporary personnel vacancies

  • Appointment to top-level positions, such as in the Board of directors or at Managing director level.
  • Replacement in case of unforeseen loss of an own manager which could implicate the continuation or even the survival of the company. 
  • Making available additional management resources to enable the company to solve problems which cannot be tackled by the actual collaborators in force.
